English Teacher in Haringey Long term contract Tradewind is looking for an English teacher to join a strong English department at a mixed comprehensive school based in Haringey. The department is looking for a committed teacher to join them in their well resourced school. They have interactive whiteboards/media facilities - many classrooms within the department are fitted with integrated PC's, the library is excellent. Good classroom management is needed to be successful in the school. The department is very supportive and the senior management team do their part to help manage some of the more challenging students. The co-educational school is very diverse and there are some very academic and able students who need a teacher with good subject knowledge and a flair for enthusing others. Ideally Tradewind are looking for a an experienced teacher with QTS. You must have excellent subject knowledge and have a strong classroom management and previous experience of teaching English at GCSE. * To be successful you must hold a Teaching Qualification * You must have a current police clearance. * You should display a proven track record of pupil learning outcomes.
