One to One Tutors Urgently Required in Sheffield

Fleet Tutors operates an on-going contract to provide tuition to young people who are living in the care of Sheffield City Council. Due to expansion of the programme we are currently recruiting additional tutors to join the programme. The contract will afford opportunities for English, maths & primary tutors who wish to work from 1 – 10 hours per week in Sheffield and the surrounding area, working with young people from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5. Tutors are also required for students living "out of borough" in Launceston.

Sheffield City Council has a preference for tutors working with their young people to have QTS, or a PGCE in mainstream or further education. Fleet Tutors is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expects all tutors to share this committment. It is a requirement that all tutors possess an enhanced CRB disclosure or an enhanced disclosure Scotland issued within the last 3 years.
