Teaching Assistant in Brent

One of Brent's Good primary schools is looking to appoint a teaching assistant to support in KS2 for 3 days a week. This is two form entry primary school and is extremely well regarded within the borough. The Headteacher took over the school in 2008 and there has been dramatic improvement in the last three years under her excellent guidance. In the last three years the school has gone from special measures to an expanding, over-subscribed school at the heart of the local community. The school is well funded and the Headteacher has been given extra money in the budget for this position however she is keen to appoint an experienced teaching assistant who is looking to expand their classroom experience. The successful candidate will assist with literacy & numeracy and must be able to communicate clearly with all students.
