Year 3 Primary Teacher in Southwark Long term contract A fantastic long term opportunity has arisen in a great school in the London borough of Southwark. It will initially run for the whole of the spring term, but may be extended after that. The vacancy is in a very pleasant Year 3 class. You will receive plenty of support from a full time Teaching Assistant and a part time Special Needs support staff. Also in addition the Deputy Headteacher of the school will dedicate herself to supporting you whilst you get settled in and get to know your class. The school has a very good reputation and will provide a very supportive and friendly environment and has exceptionally low staff turnover. This role is long term sick cover. In return they are expecting the successful applicant to show passion and a desire to get involved in all aspects of the school life and really take ownership of the class. Wall displays, liaising with parents and attending occasional staff meetings are all included as part of this role.
