£60 - £73 per day
The Bexley Education Supply Team (BEST) manages the London Borough of Bexley School Supply Pool. We are currently helping more than 70 schools London Borough of Bexley with their day to day cover and long term requirements.
We are looking for applications from experienced HLTAs on behalf of a client school in the Barnehurst Area of the Borough.
The Primary focus of the post will be to work under the professional direction of a teacher as part of the professional team to support learning activities for pupils.
The post holder will be expected to progress pupils’ learning and to assess, record and report on development, progress and attainment as agreed with the teacher.
Daily tasks include working with small groups, helping pupils who need extra support to complete tasks, observing pupil performance and reporting observations to the class teacher, and carrying out administrative tasks. It is essential that you have recent relevant experience in the UK.
You will hold NVQ Level 3 and meet the standards and hold the HTLA qualification.
We must also be able to contact your past school to obtain a reference. Furthermore, applicants will be expected to undertake an Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check.
