Learning Support Assistant in Hillingdon

A school in the suburbs of Hillingdon are seeking an experienced LSA who has a wide knowledge and background of working with learners with PMLD. They are looking for an applicant to provide support in an encouraging way, promoting independence as much as possible at the same time as providing routine and structure. Experience working with Makaton and PECS will assist LSA's in their applications. The school is set over two locations and covers both primary and secondary, so experience in both of these areas would be preferable. The school aims to provide the students with the confidence they will require to become responsible citizens and believe that the successful candidate will pay a crucial part in the delivery of this.
