The Cambridge branch of Protocol Education is probably the fastest growing agency covering Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. As a Consultant, Amy Rone runs a very fast-paced Secondary Desk. She is currently looking for more general cover teachers to help the desk continue to grow and supply her ever-growing list of schools that use Protocol Education as their first choice of supply. As the Secondary desk continues with its amazing growth in business and reputation, our loyal bank of General Supply teachers are getting busier and busier! The need now arises for more General Cover Teachers to continue our supply across the region. Could you be what we are looking for? Based in our Cambridge office, our interview will be a refreshing change to the general interview you may have attended at other agencies. It's all about you! Where you can work, the types of role you like to cover, where you can get to and when you are available. Our in-depth fact-finding interview leaves us with a clear understanding of your general motivations so we can match you to the perfect supply role; whether that is general daily cover or longer term placements. As a supply teacher, you will be an enthusiastic educator with a great overall outlook to stepping in, often at short notice, to a school needing supply - whilst be willing to step up to the plate and teach young minds from the very beginning of the booking. You will be willing to be called from around 7.30am to be sent to schools that have a last minute requirement as well as being booked in advance. Because of the area we deal with, it is preferable that you have your own transport, but it's not essential as long as you are happy with travelling by public transport. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our schools and will be able to tell you enough about a school to make you feel confident walking in on day one and understanding what is needed of you. We see you as an Ambassador for us so we'll make sure you are armed with all the information you need to make your day productive. We will continue to work with you until we have secured you the position you are looking for - but along the way, our service and the way in which we will look after you will be second to none! We hear from our teachers every day and we are always commented on the level of service we provide consistently even from 7am when those first daily bookings start to come through!
