Our client, Disney English - Part of the Walt Disney company is a worldwide, well respected entertainment company looking to employ up to 500 Foreign Trainers to work in China over the next year.

The only requirements are that you will hold a Bachelors Degree, 2+ years post-graduate experience teaching young learners in any capacity, have a fun, creative and talented persona and be willing to work hard.

Full training will be provided including gaining an internationally recognised TEFL or TESOL qualification if you do not already hold one.

The project has expanded at an enormous rate and they have established learning centres across the major cities in China with the prospect of opening up other centres around the world in other non native English speaking countries - THERE IS DEFINATE CAREER PROGRESSION.

The package also includes a monthly salary, monthly housing allowance, training bonus, flights arranged, health and dental insurance to name but a few. You will also have you own English speaking Chinese local to help you for the duration of your time.

A full training programme is given prior to any start which will make you proficient in delivering a very unique, creative and engaging curriculum aimed at pupils aged 2-12 in the language learning centres.

Lessons are offered to learners around their regular school schedule. Peak times are evening and weekends. On weekends, trainers have one long day and one short day.

A variety of printed materials, multimedia tools and audio visual aids are used to help promote the learning and help to deliver a dynamic curriculum that emphasis dialogue, story telling, singing and role playing.
