The story so far
Our business started in 1993 with the formation of Capstan Limited in London, Sheffield and Newcastle. In 2000, Capita Education Resourcing was established amalgamating the well established Capstan with a number of very successful regional education recruitment businesses including LHR in London, ESS in the North West and Quality Teachers in Birmingham. With over 200 staff employed in offices nationwide, Capita Education Resourcing has become one of the most successful education recruitment businesses in the UK.
Over the last three years Capita Education Resourcing has opened five more offices in Cardiff, Reading, Luton, Nottingham and Leicester as the business continues to go from strength to strength.

Over the past twelve years, Capita Education Resourcing has developed a reputation for high quality service to its schools, nurseries and colleges. This ongoing commitment to quality and service was recognised by the DfE when Capita became one of the first agencies to receive the prestigious Quality Mark for education recruitment agencies.
